| NEWS RELEASE! BILLY DEE AN BILL BYRGE COMEDY MOVIE IN PRODUCTION SUMMER OF 2009!
That's right! Billy Dee and Bill Byrge (known as Bobby in several of the Ernest movies, who is teaming up with Billy Dee next summer in the all new comedy movie, "Billy and Bobby The Whacky Duo". The new comedy movie is being produced by American Moral Films, in southern Wisconsin. This will be Bill Byrge's (Bobby) first movie role in over 10 years. The production has been changed to a full length feature film. The new comedy will be produced in the Ernest movie flavor. The Ernest fans will be thrilled and excited to see the new release for next year. This will be the first comedy release of it's kind, produced and directed in the flavor and zanny style of the Ernest movies from the 1980s and 90s. If the new release goes well, then there sure will to be another new "Billy & Bobby" comedy movie in the works. Many of the fans have told us for years, "we want movies like the Ernest movies were!" Well, everyone's wish is going to come true! |

JIM VARNEY PASSED AWAY TODAY.
One of America's most loved comedic actors died today of lung cancer at his home in White House, Tennessee.
Jim Varney, age 50, brought laughter and joy to the hearts of America and the world for over a generation. Starring in nine "Ernest" movies, as Jed Clampett in "Beverly Hillbillies", as well as performing in countless other films and TV shows, Jim Varney had a magic that connected with audiences of all ages.
From the voice of Slinky Dog in "Toy Story" to local commercials in towns across America, Jim Varney had a special quality that made people feel good and touched their soul. His warm heart and gentle nature were a magnet for young and old alike. He brought joy
to hospitalized and terminally ill children with personal visits which inspired them.
The entire world will miss him and we thank God for allowing the talents and humor of Jim Varney to be shared with us all. Burial will be in Lexington, Kentucky and there will be a public memorial service in Nashville, Tennessee, with details to be announced in the days to follow. Yeah, Mark Shurilla, national headliner who has been performing his famous "The Greatest Hits" for over 20 years, along with a tribute to "Buddy Holly", and the "Winter Dance Party". I will have some of Mark's performances on the site for all to view and Rock on with! DVD of the "TV show special" is offered for purchase, along with Mark's latest CD album "Mark Shurilla And The Greatest Hits". The TV show special should be on one of the major TV networks in Wisconsin soon. Mark was nominated for a Grammy Award in upper 1990s for a single hit.
