| Their are great needs right here in the U.S., and with the millions loosing their jobs, and more everyday loosing their jobs, unable to find a job, they are not able to make the ends meet, or even put enough food on the table for their children. Many needy families are going with out, and eating only 1 or 2 meals per day, so their children will have enough to eat. This is too often the fact for many needy families. And let me tell you, THIS IS REALLY HAPPENING EVERY DAY IN OUR COUNTRY! We will choose a family we feel is in THE most need. |

| Every person who purchases an Ernest product on this site), OR who donates money instead of purchasing a product, WE will deduct a portion of money only from the product purchases and not from the donations. All donations will go to "One Needy Family", or to Larry Jones "Feed The Children International". We will take out only enough money from the product sold to cover the cost of the PRIZES, including S & H. We will GIVE the profits from the products sales, (if any) and all of the donations to "1" NEEDY FAMILY, or to Larry Jones "Feed The Children" International here in the U.S. |

| We at "Billy Dee Enterprises" will supply a statement letter to anyone who enters the contest and writes in to our E-Mail address, which will give more details, and (signed by me, and the proceeds will go to the one family we choose). The family or families that the fans notify us about, will be contacted to verify they have a genuine need. The family we choose will be announced on this page after the contest. In the case we do not receive any notifications from the fans of any needy family, the proceeds from the contest will be given to "Feed The Children", an established and reputable charity organization that feeds, clothes, and gives medical help and treatment to hungry and starving children. |

| You must be 18 years or older to enter the contest. Those that are under 18, must have a parent or Guardian sign the contest form application. All applicants in the contest must reside in the U.S., and or Canada ONLY! Those who have entered the contest outside of Canada and the U.S. are not eligible. Those wanting to enter the contest must purchase a product from the "Official Jim Varney Tribute & Fan Site", or must send a donation. A contest form will be sent out and will accompany each purchased product order, and or donation. You can enter the contest as many times that you want to, but only one entry application form per purchase order or donation. If you purchase more then one Ernest product per order, you will receive only one "1" contest entry form per that order. If you send more then one donation per order,(example: 2 or more separate donations sent at one time, that will count as one "1" donation, or if you send a donation with an Ernest product order, that order will count for only one "1" contest entry form. |

| All contest applications must be sent in no later then by midnight "January 31st, 20010". Any contest form entries that come in after April 31st, 20010, that are post marked before 12 Midnight April 31st, 20010 will be accepted. The drawings will be done on May 3rd, 2010. The contest grand prize winner will be notified by certified mail. The certified letter will inform the grand prize winner that his or her prizes will be mailed or shipped to them within 30 days. Other winners (2nd through 6th place), will be contacted by regular postal mail, and or e-mail of their winnings. Their prizes will be sent to the winners within 30 days. Winners must respond back with a letter informing us they received notification of their winning in the contest. Those who fail to respond to contest notification within 2 weeks after being contacted by e-mail or by regular snail mail, will be withdrawn from the contest, and another winner or winners chosen. |
