| Please read this page carefully. All the DVDs All the DVDs that we sell on our web site are new. We purchase DVDs from various reputable sources, and we do not sell any copies or pirated copies of movies on DVD. We often open open the DVD packaging to make sure that not any of the DVDs, and or their cases are broken or scratched or damaged in any way before they are sold. If we come across any of the new DVDs that are damaged, then they are not sold as new, but will be sold as used, providing the DVD disc will play satisfactory. Both the new and used DVDs we sell have been resold to us. As we are a small business, we can't afford to purchase DVD titles in case lots as is required by most distributors. And, that we do resell "new" DVDs, we are in no legal rough waters of selling DVDs. On other words, our sales method falls into the category selling used products (which the products have already been sold to someone else, or some store, etc.). Anyone can sell used products without breaking any laws. As for our guarantee on all DVDs that we sell. What is NOT covered under our 30 day guarantee, which begins from the date of the customer purchase of the product, against the following; Damage caused by caused by customer negligence, damage caused by any acts of God, such as (warping of or melting of DVD caused by excessive heat, or left in the sunlight, water damage, theft, freezing, etc.) Unlike VHS video tapes, that age, tape wears out, tape tears, tape case and or case parts break, jam etc. DVD discs don't wear out under normal conditions! DVD discs last 100 years! Visual and audio quality last and last, accept when there are bad scratches, or it is warped, or the label is ripped or torn off (causing jamming in DVD players and or recorders). We don't sell any of those DVDs that are damaged. Also, any DVD cases that we find that are damaged, will be replaced with a new one, and the movie cover flyer replaced before it is sent to a customer. What we will and do cover under our 30 day guarantee is: We will replace a DVD or DVDs that get lost in shipping. We will replace any DVDs or DVD that were damaged in shipping, or damage caused by poor packaging that may have been from us. Proof must be shown by sending us back the damaged package and DVD or DVDs, (with case or cases.) A determination will be made if the damage was caused by our negligence. If we find it was our fault, we will replace the damaged DVD or DVDs with the same titles, unless the titles or title is no longer available, we will then send the customer the amount of money he or she paid for the DVD or DVDs only. Customer must provide proof of purchase (receipt, or check, or Pay Pal receipt to us). Keep in mind that DVDs often play poorly when they are not cleaned regularly, or when the DVD player optics are not properly cleaned periodically. Cleaning discs and products can be purchased in stores to clean DVD players and player/recorders. Sorry, but we will not take back any DVDs for refund. Once a purchase is made, it is final. There are something very interesting things about DVDs that not everyone may be aware of. DVDs have a longevity of 100 years. If you have any questions, then please feel free to contact us.
